Delivery & Dropshipping
We use Australia Post (eParcel) for most national orders and DHL for international orders. All parcels are tracked with signature on delivery, and prices include all necessary packaging. Included in every order is a H&B print care card with helpful instructions about how to handle your print for maximum longevity. All necessary packaging (whether that be a tube or a mailer box) is included in the cost of postage.
National Postage
National parcels are dispatched every working day (Mon to Thurs).
International Postage
Parcels up to A1 in size are sent via DHL, and are dispatched once weekly. International parcels over A1 in size are arranged by quote; the carrier choice will vary.
International parcels are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees based on the declared value of the parcel. The recipient is responsible for paying these expenses. The HS Tariff code for printed matter is 491191; you can use this code to check import expenses in the destination country.
Dropshipping - $5.00 per order, in addition to postage.
A ‘white-label’ shipping option; parcels bear no trace of H&B’s branding. For a personalised touch, you can supply us with your business cards/stickers/thank you notes which we will include in your orders. Terms and conditions apply.
